The Day of Higher Education on Gyula, on 31st January

The Day of Higher Education of Gyula was held for the first time by Gál Ferenc College and the Local Government of Gyula. Grounded on the suggestion of the Rector of the College, the event will always be held on 31st January from now on commemorating on the event when Gál Ferenc College took over the Institute of Health Sciences. The College transformed the institute into a faculty and commenced the provision of higher education in Gyula with a new strategy. The Local Government of Gyula took a decree determining 31st January as the Day of Higher Education of Gyula which was celebrated in the framework of a tradition-making scientific symposium in the assembly room of the City Hall.
