Unique in the county, at the initiative of the Békés County Government Office, the Békés County Path Orientation Round Table was established. As a side event of the Career Choice Fair, experts responsible for the issue met at the CsabaPark Wine Museum.
As part of the initiative of the Békés County Government Office, prospective strategic partners for the county were convened at noon on Tuesday. Leaders of the government office have signed cooperation agreements with chambers, trade unions and higher education institutions, as well as some important organizations, which are effective in assisting with career guidance.
- There is a big stake in how young people's career orientation is done. Representatives of training centers, secondary and tertiary education institutions, employers, NGOs and chambers are present at the roundtable who can influence this issue in a meaningful way, said Tamás Herczeg. The MP emphasized that although the test of pudding is in eating, this organization must work because it will play an important role in the life of the county.
At the meeting in Békéscsaba representatives of more than 30 organizations, educational institutions and chambers signed the cooperation agreement. Their goal is to facilitate future career orientation and strategic decisions.
- The most important issue and challenge is to keep young people on the ground. This has to be put on five pillars: agriculture, rural development, vocational training, family support and work, said Árpád Takács after the contract was signed. The Békés County government spokesman emphasized that there is a shortage of labor and unemployment in the county, so the two should be treated together. They thought they would set up a round table to work together on a pragmatic approach to youth education. "
