Opening words were delivered by Rector, dr. Gábor Kozma who emphasized the values of Christian education in the life of higher education students. The introductory words were followed by college associate professor dr. Esiobu Anayo Augustus who highlighted the definition of the monastic parish priest. The symposium of high scientific quality included professor dr. Péter Zakar’s talk on the role of the Csanád Diocese priests in the 1848-49 revolution whereas college senior lecturer, dr. Endre Hamvas gave a talk on the reception of the posture of Hermés Trismegistos in the Christian tradition and college associate professor dr. Gábor Horváth spoke about the heritage of bishop Gyula Glattfelder. In the afternoon session, the conference took an empirical turn as dr. Mariann Tandari-Kovács and dr. István Thékes college senior lecturers presented their empirical, quantified findings of teacher burnout and idiomatic language use respectively. Professor dr. Erzsébet Petróczi gave an expository speech on the risks of digital tools from the perspective of the family. The final talk of the event came from Margaréta Tokodi, head of the Institute of Health Education and Sports, on a control-group experiment with patients suffering from ambrosia allergy. The symposium was closed down by professor dr. Péter Zakar who voiced his opinion that the conference lined up a versatile scale of presentations, which was a great added value to this annual event.
