Members of the Hungarian Catholic Bishop Conference took part in an ad limina visit in Rome between 20th and 24th November. Szeged-Csanád Diocese Bishop László-Kiss Rigó was amongst the delegates in the Holy See. He and the other members of the Hungarian delegation had a two-hour informal talk with the Pope. Contrary to previous ad limina meetings when the Pope had a face-to-face talk with the visitors for half an hour, the event lasted longer with more participants simultaneously. The bishop highlighted that it was a very personal, sincere, open meeting lacking any formality. He pointed out that there was total agreement between him and the Pope that what is currently happening in Brussels is a type of ideological and cultural colonization against which we must stand up and protect ourselves
